This was my 2nd time staying at this location. The 1st time it was in 2019 and the hotel was great. Unfortunately our 2nd stay it was not as good. The smell of drainage was overwhelming in the whole hotel and worse in the rooms. Breakfast was very unappealing since eggs and beans were dried and flaky.

En general bien y bien ubicado, el personal siempre amable, las toallas aunque limpias se veían un poco percudidas, el desayuno sencillo pero cumplidor. Lo único que no nos gustó fue haber encontrado un pequeñito alacrán en el baño, nos alarmó porque llevábamos un perrito. Sin embargo, cuando lo avisamos en recepción de inmediato lo reportaron y quedaron de ver lo que pasaba ya que me dicen era la primera vez que les reportaban algo así.

Elegimos este hotel por su ubicación, que es muy conveniente, pero la experiencia fue bastante incómoda: 1. Reservamos una habitación con una cama y un sofá cama, pero el sofá cama era tan pequeño e incómodo que no pudimos descansar bien. 2. La habitación tenía muy poco aislamiento acústico. Se escuchaban claramente las conversaciones de la habitación contigua e incluso las vibraciones del celular. En la madrugada, el ruido de los pasos en la habitación de arriba fue constante. En general, no pudimos descansar y la experiencia no cumplió con nuestras expectativas.

La habitación incluye exactamente lo que anuncia, todo está súper limpio, el personal es muy amable pero no hay servicio de valet. Un detalle es que la habitación se siente un poquito pequeña y en cuanto a las amenidades sólo había una botella agua de 200ml aunque la habitación era para dos personas. El desayuno es tipo buffet, básico pero cumple. El colchón es bastante firme.
