We had a lovely one night stay at Z Hotel City. I wasn't expecting much but was pleasantly surprised when we checked in. The entrance felt much nicer than expected. Our room was small but not as small as expected, and most definitely an ideal size for short breaks. The room felt more expensive than it actually was which was a nice surprise. The location was perfect! You're so close to everything and connections are nearby.

The room was clean but very small. I was travelling as a family of 4 (12yo & 15yo), I wouldn’t stay again as it was too small for us all. No floor space really, which is fine as we didn’t want to spend lots of time in our room but even still it was cramped. However it was clean and they clean the rooms / make beds etc every 2 days. Water is supplied which is good. We paid extra for the Club benefits which was worth it as you could have any drink / food for free. Not too busy as well so always got a seat.

This was a superbly located property, and the quality of the shared and private areas were excellent. Although small, the room was clean and well organised. I had a bad experience: returning from the theatre late in the evening, the air conditioning had failed. Staff could not move me as the hotel was full, but they did bring a fan and offered me a free breakfast for the inconvenience of a very hot room overnight. Realistically, that was all they could do. Breakfast itself was excellent, with high quality products. I would stay again.
