Dodgy connection from Hotels.com to the RadonPlaza booking system, but resolved after a few minutes drama. Friendly, helpful staff, cavernous rooms, great breakfast and a ROTATING 15th floor restaurant!!!!! Close (just 2km) to the airport and great value for money.

Not a 5 star hotel in any part of the world. More like a 3. Check in time listed is wrong as well as the “free parking” that doesn’t exist. They also don’t allow early check in by even 20 min unless you pay extra. No water in the room or mini bar, when requested we were told there’s no one available to bring any sort of room service.

“We were deceived by the hotel’s exterior appearance and star rating. This was the worst hotel we stayed in during our Balkan trip. The ventilation is nonexistent and it smells terrible. I couldn’t capture the smell in a photo, so there’s no picture. If I had to rate it, I’d give it 1 out of 10, or even -5 out of 5. The carpets are dirty, the bed linens are dirty—it’s a very low-quality hotel. Those considering this hotel should definitely look at the negative reviews and make their decision accordingly. Hotels are what make a vacation enjoyable, but unfortunately, we stayed here for one night, and my family couldn’t sleep because of the smell.”

All staff is professional and polite. Room is spacious, clean and beautifully designed. Hotel is perfectly located close to shopping, restaurants, highways. Really great hotel supported by friendly staff. I would like to thank Denis Memic and his staff for making both my friends and myself some late dinner which I had not planned in advance. He actually made it for us at very short notice and was very accommodating. The hotel is located close to the airport and is well positioned to visit the old town centre.
