A recepção do hotel é excelente, prestativos e educados. Porém, a acomodação não estava de acordo com as fotos publicadas pelo hotel, a internet não funciona bem. Porém, 20 minutos antes do check-out, um funcionário do hotel estava abrindo a porta do meu quarto. Ao ligar para a recepção, fui informado que poderia ser a camareira. Ou seja, o hotel não comunicação com seus funcionários, o que me deixou muito assustado ao passar por essa situação.

Estadia boa, um lugar limpo, aconchegante, bonito e bom atendimento.

decepção total
começou com a chegada, sem vaga de garagem disponível... foi solicitado para colocar o carro num estacionamento pago ao lado (no qual não coube nossa caminhonete)... fomos obrigados a ir em outro estacionamento, quase implorando para deixar o veículo lá, pois fazia parte de outro hotel esse estacionamento... o quarto das fotos, maravilhosos, pessoalmente, horríveis... camas desconfortáveis, pequenas, barulhentas... ar condicionado no 17 não conseguia dar conta de manter o ambiente agradável... o banheiro super antigo, como minha entiada disse (deve ter alguns defuntos enterrados)... o CHUVEIRO foi o que salvou o ambiente.... a recepção total sem importância... estavam ali por obrigação... ambiente de jogos (mesa de sinuca e de ping pong sem pagar)... mesa de futebol e vídeo game são pagos (5 reais a ficha)... um absurdo... e o elevador (pré-histórico)... acho que foi colocado junto com os dinossauros.... decepção é o que descreve nossa estadia no hotel mirante dos dias 27/12 até 29/12...
