I prepaid for a one night stay at this hotel. However, on the morning of the scheduled stay, I received an e-mail indicating that the room would not be available due to some last minute repairs. I was told that they "upgraded" to a different hotel outside of the town center. I was also told to call them at a specific phone number. Since the main reason I had chosen this hotel in the first place was because they were close to the bus station where I would have a 7am departure, the changed location would not work. I immediately called them several times to try to explain why but there was nobody picking up the phone. At the time, I was at the Torres del Paine and ready to go out on the trail. As I would not have cellphone access for the rest of the day, I asked that they cancel the reservation and refund me the money sc they could not offer me the room I paid for. At the end of the day I returned to Puerto Natales. Seeing that I that I had not received any reply, I tried calling them again around 5pm. Again, there was no answer. Therefore, I went ahead and checked in at a different hotel. Around 6:30pm, I finally got a response, which said that, unfortunately, the number they gave me was not working at the time. Secondly, they said the room was now available at the original location. Since I had already checked in into a different hotel, I again asked for a refund but there has not been any response whatsoever ever since.
