Clean Room. Did not interact with any staff so cant comment. Access to property was well briefed. Right adjacent to sea views at 5 minutes walk. Convenient parking. Internal layout can be much better.

Set in the middle of a council estate but walkable from the train station. The room was clean, although one of the windows was out of alignment, meaning I couldn't shut it. Bathroom was clean, but could have done with a tray in the shower to put your soap/shampoo. Would also have been useful to have a hairdryer in the room. Other than that; it was ample for what we needed

No breakfast, no bar, no food or drink at all. No staff on site, No heating in morning, 4c in room !!! Window full of condensation, Kettle wouldn’t fit in sink to fill up.
