The accommodation I had in this Aparthotel was great, very clean, tidy and orderly and with modern decor. Check in was a little longer than expected but I didn’t mind because the location is just fantastic with several options for cafés restaurants and bars and it is only a few minutes away from the core of the old town. Be prepared for a bit of exercise since there is no lift! Overall Krakow offers a lot so it was a brilliant weekend away.

The room was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The apartment was in a good area, close to the main square and lots of bars and restaurants. The check-in process was straightforward and the apartment felt safe and secure. The only negative was inside the main entrance to the apartment block was a bit run down and the bed in the apartment was sunken in the middle which made it a little uncomfortable.

Everything. No reception. If you come before your check in- you even can't come in. The door is close. No way even to have a seat and wait for the check in. My mom stayed outside!!! On the web site of expedia.ca no explanation about it. Like 20 minutes before check in you get a text message with a code for intercom and a special code for a box to pick up your room key. But again no explanation about this procedure on the website . So if you arrive before your check in you stayed outside. My mom arrived like 2 hours before tried to contact them- no answer. Tried to come in -close. No way even to leave a luggage like we use to do in other hotels.... She left them and found a hotel near by and got a perfect welcome and service. I would like the expedia.ca will contact me for an explanations and a full refund.

The window is on top of your face and the blind is not blocking any sunlight, that means your face will get burnt in the morning when you are still sleeping. I called the property management about this issue, he said he will get back to me on this but never received any updates afterwards. I can’t sleep well everyday, like a torturement

Séjour exceptionnel, chambres magnifiques !

Superbes chambres et magnifique séjour en couple et entre amis ! Nous étions tous très heureux de la décoration, de l'emplacement, des équipements. L’emplacement dans la vieille ville est juste parfait ! Il y a vraiment tout ce dont vous pouvez avoir besoin dans les chambres ! Noter que les parties communes ne sont pas les plus jolies mais l’intérieur des chambres sont somptueuses. Noter aussi qu'il n'y a pas de vraie réception mais le personnel de la réception virtuelle est très facilement joignables par téléphone ou Whatsapp, très réactif et sympathique ! Nous recommandons vraiment à 100% ! Merci pour ces souvenirs inoubliables !

Fint rom og fin beliggenhet.

Kom til en låst dør! Ingen informasjon på forhånd hvordan man kom seg inn i bygget eller hvilket/ rom/leilighet vi skulle bo på å hvordan man fikk tilgang til dette. Måtte selv ta kontakt med overnattingsstedet å be om hjelp, da ordnet det seg! Men dette kunne enkelt ha vært unngått om de bare hadde sendt all informasjon om koder til inngangsdør og leilighets nummer å tilgang til rommet på forhånd. Ellers bra plass
