Breakfast got progressively worse everyday. The portion of salad got smaller and smaller and on the last day my soup was watered down whereas my wife who had the same thing had a nice and thick soup as usual.

I emailed the property days prior to check in and received no response. At check in, we had to wait for nearly 20 minutes as the only person at reception had gone somewhere. The cooker in the room does not work. There is no coffee or water in the rooms. We had no shower gel in the room and had to request it 3 times before getting it. The only lift in the hotel is terrible and the room card keeps needing to be reprogrammed. Breakfast is a set menu and is decent but with only one waiter it takes ages to get any service. Sometimes we were given the choice between tea or coffee but on most days we were just given tea. The air conditioning and the internet work really well. The property is undergoing major refurbishment. One day we heard strange noises at the door. On opening the door, there was a man removing the numbers from the door to replace them with new ones. Things like this should really be communicated to guests. My wife was really shaken by the noises. All day there is noise from the hallways due to the refurbishment. Housekeeping do a good job. However, they simply knock and then enter. We have no opportunity to open the door. I had two weeks booked here but ended up cancelling all reservations that I could for free.

Super apartment
The owner of the hotel Omar, is a humble and helpful person, and a smile is present all the time, whether from the owner or the workers there. Tried this hotel for 13 days. The room is very nice, clean, and everything is available inside. Delicious Moroccan breakfast in the morning. Room cleaning workers come daily to clean the room. As for the location, there is everything in the area, including restaurants, cafes and bakeries

Bonne localisation Accès parking facile mais il faut attendre que la personne à la réception vienne vous ouvrir, ce qui n'est pas pratique quand vous rentrez le soir. L'hotel est propre et les chambres bien équipées. Malheureusement notre plaque de cuisson n'a pas fonctionné. On l'a signalé à quelqu'un mais rien n'a été fait.
