Booked on line, last minute. Get to the hotel where you let yourself in, no key. Called 5 times. No answer. Email. No response. Since it was late had to book last minute expensive room in another town.

Ich wählte dieses Hotel zufällig und war vom Empfang bis zur Abreise restlos begeistert. Tolles Service im Restaurant, super Küche und tolle Weine. Auch das reichhaltige Frühstücksbüffet muss unbedingt erwähnt werden. Das besondere daran: all das bekommt man zu vernünftigen Preisen. Möge der Stadt Feldbach und uns Reisenden dieses Haus lange erhalten bleiben. Den Pfeilers wünsche ich, dass die Köche/Köchinnen lange am Herd bleiben und die beiden Damen im Service das Haus nicht verlassen. Für die Freundlichkeit der beiden, incl. den beiden Chefleuten gibt's ein 5 plus. Die beiden Kids sind ja supersüß, das gehört auch erwähnt.

Top Hotel super Zimmer und sehr freundliches Personal. Minus Punkte waren das beim Frühstück keine Tische reserviert waren für Hotelgäste. Gäste die nicht im Hotel wohnten besetzten am Sonntag die Frühstückstische leider. Somit mühsam für Hotelgäste! An der Hotelbar wurde so viel geraucht das es für Nichtraucher eine Zumutung war an der Bar etwas zu trinken! Die Bar ist direkt am Eingang des Hotels und Restaurants und vermittelt so den Eindruck einer Raucherhöhle! Sehr sehr schade das da geraucht wird. Das Essen im Restaurant war auch sehr sehr gut!!!
