Well , we are so glad to stayed in Tivoli Hotel. It was a great experience. The staff was really helpful and friendly and the food was great at mash restaurants. Good hotel. Expected a little bit more on the breakfast like fresh shots and something more to put on the bread except butter (cream cheese etc) The pool was too busy to even use, totally wet already in the small changingroom. Would have been nice if it at least was a kids-free time after 8:30 pm.

Great stay for anniversary trip

Great location for a weekend trip. 15 mins walk to train station and Tivoli and about 30 mins to Nyhavn. Perfect location for Vesterbro and the meatpacking district in the evening. Lots of bars and restaurants close by. We had breakfast at the hotel one day and there was a good selection. Pool was busy but very clean and well maintained. Our king room was spacious and comfortable. Nice view over the city but a bit of noise from the trains. Shower was excellent although it was so powerful it flooded the bathroom! The rooftop bar is nice for a cocktail. I would recommend this hotel.

Rooms were too hot, even in April with the aircon on (aircon didn't work well so we had to open window to sleep, but then increased traffic noise). Breakfast was good, busy but could still find a table. Hotels.com indicated that we would receive a 20% off voucher at check-in, that didn't happen. Checkout was fine although not sure if hotel was training staff at the time - the person checking us out was doing so until another person at the desk cut across her and started the whole conversation again - there was no need!

Average but great childrens entertainment

Note that children who aren't potty trained CAN NOT go in the pool. Not with a swimming diaper, swim pants or neoprene bathing pants or anything. Be careful not to book what they call "two rooms next to each other", THEY ARE NOT CONNECTED. I do believe that this might be the fault of hotels.com. The wording is wrong. We were expecting connected rooms. Disappointing and inconvenient. The receptionist was rude and roled her eyes at me. Rooms are small. Air con is noisy. Curtains let in quite a lot of light. Breakfast was great. The indoor children areas made up for the whole trip. The entertainment spaces for kids were really great, we were positively surprised by that. The play area on the ground floor by the reception might be seasonal as we were there during easter though. It seemed temporary but amazing. The play area on the first floor was great too. An average stay but the kids were happy.
