It's an ok hotel if you are visiting Excel for an event but the hotel needs a make over and especially the public area is worn down. My room was ok and the restaurant was ok too. There is nothing else in the area so I recommend Excel north where there are more restaurants.

Property run down and room smelled very bad (think spoiled milk, wet socks and pee). Didn’t stay, walked across the street and stayed at the Doubletree for £20 more and included breakfast.

No hay nadie que te reciba en recepción, intentamos hacer check in en las maquinas pero no aceptaba nuestros datos, marcamos el número de asistencia y más tarde salio una señora muy grosera que nos ignoró y atendió a otra familia que iba llegando, después tuvimos que pedirle ayuda, y solo así nos entregó las tarjetas, sin ninguna instrucción ni nada. La habitación nunca la limpiaron!! La verdad eso fue muy recepcionante porque no hay ni con quien quejarse de estos temas en el hotel

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, das Zimmer sauber, aber das Kanal war verstopft und beim Duschen ist immer ein Kanalgeruch da gewesen und auch Wasser in der Badewanne gebliebenen. Aber halb so schlimm.
Ich würde trotzdem wieder dort übernachten.

Finger weg. Check-in nicht möglich am Kiosk. Mitarbeiter kam erst nach 30 Minuten. Keine Zimmerreinigung trotz Wunsch. Um 0:30 nachts wurde mehrfach gegen die Tür gehämmert und laut "RECEPTION" gerufen.
