Excellent place to stay. Spacious rooms and excellent staff. There were 2 front desk gentlemen, curiosly named both Reynier, that made the stay feel like if we were at home. Definitely the location is the best to enjoy a quiet and nice vacation

The property is very good. The room is modern and fairly priced and it came with a small kitchen and good bathroom. The internet was very good. I’ll like to stay here again when I come back to Polanco.

Great location…. noisy in the mornings but overall clean, spacious, just as described. Houskeeping will be nice.

8/10 Very good

There was no kitchen towel or sponges or cloth to clean surfaces. It would be easier to have a water cooler on each floor rather than just one at the check in desk, as I was advised not to drink the tap water. Otherwise the place was clean & the bed comfortable.

8/10 Very good

Excellent location with significant service and maintenance opportunities. The apartment is very conveniently located, in the heart of the charming Polanco neighborhood, with lots of dining and shopping options all at walking distance. Sadly, our check-in process was anything but smooth. There is no front desk personnel, just a security guard for the building, who was nice and friendly, but whom had limited hospitality skills. We struggled multiple times to get the access code for our apartment to work, so after several failed attempts to fix the issue remotely, we ended up asking the guard for his keys. It took the technician a full day to finally get the electronic code on the door to work. Another opportunity is the experience upon arrival. There is minimum storage space for luggage if your room is not ready, so you have to leave your bags in a laundry closet or behind the front desk, where all the laundry and linen bags are left prior ti disposal. Plus when you walk in the building, first thing you see are the trash collectors, clearly not a welcoming sight. Finally, some furnishings in the bathroom were too worn out (loose wall hooks, swollen closet and bathroom doors, stuck drawers, no kitchen cloths or paper towels) and while the apartment looks nice at a distance, once you observe the details, the place could sure use renovation and better maintenance. Staff was friendly, but they are limited to doing their job. Plus there was heavy construction next door.

The location is very secure and private near very luxurious shopping and restaurant options. Usually there is no front desk lobby staff and only security even during check in / check out process.

Room was OK But I had problems with the hot water; in two different days. It never got hot.

8/10 Very good

The deck outside the room on the 4th floor totally flooded after only a single day of rain. Fortunately it stopped raining or it would've flooded the apt.

2/10 Poor

Staff was not equipped to help. I didn’t realize when I booked there was no cleaning unless you stay for 7 days. And if you want your room cleaned there is a sizable charge. Great location but I wouldn’t stay there again.
