I did not like this property.it was too far away from the city of sao paulo. The toliet did not work eventhough they fixed it. The pool its actually not par of the hotel but part of the water park and a public poor.

O hotel é excelente pelo preço, porém não tem bebedouro e a água, além de ser cara para comprar, só tinha garrafinhas de 250ml, literalmente passamos sede. Chegamos a noite para o check-in e só tinha um funcionário atendendo a recepção e demorou muito para sermos atendidos fato que passou o horário do jantar, só dava para pedir algo no quarto, pedimos um lanche e estava excelente. Dia da noite Italiana foi uma fria, porque comi um peixe que não estava fresco e alguém tinha derrubado comida no chão do restaurante e ficou lá o chão sujo o tempo todo que estivemos ali, a falta de funcionário é evidente o tempo todo, o self-service foi R$98,00 por pessoa + as bebidas, então não valeu a pena. O parque aquático é maravilhoso, vários tobogãs e piscinas aquecidas, mas se quiser pegar tudo limpinho chegue as 9h, porque as 10h abre para o público em geral e as piscinas e os banheiros ficam lotados.
