This is one of the most unique hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Loved everything about it, including the incredibly friendly staff. The room was small, but very clean and it had everything we needed. The private little bar in the evenings with the beautiful balcony view was an added bonus.

good location. Very clean and updated room. Doesn't have a mini frig and you have to trek down to pub downstairs for ice. Steep stairs to get to rooms so not for the faint of heart or easy for seniors like ourselves. Elevator was out of order.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Roanoke Hotel From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. I especially loved the bar with the balcony. Every detail showed how much they care about their guests. The room was clean, and very nicely decorated. The only things that were not the best were 1) elevator was broken, and there was a long, steep staircase to get into the hotel, and 2) and we never received the check-in email so we didn't have the wi-fi code. My husband actually asked another guest what it was. and 3) at first we couldn't get the tv to work, and there didn't seem to be anyone on premises to help.
