We are so glad we booked MoNday Osaka apartment. Starting from check-in to check-out was a smooth process. All staff were absolutely a pleasure to deal with, esp Sandi(big shout out to her!) , who went above & beyond to make our stay very comfortable. Room was faultless, location very convenient. The room was spacious, had great amenities and it was an overall great experience! I would 100% stay there again. The room was overall very clean, though the floor could have been mopped a bit better, especially in the toilet room, I used some bleach wipes I had to spot clean so I didn’t call down to have them come address the issue. If you are traveling with family, especially kids, this is a great place to stay!

Great hotel for families. We booked a grand family room for our family with two young kids. The hotel was fantastic, large room, clean, friendly and helpful staff. Having the separate bedroom was great so kids could sleep early in the room. Location is great only about 10 min walk to Namba station.
