The staff service it’s ok however this facility requires the following improvements: 1) provide exact directions detailing Wich door of the tram station, collides with the main door, I was stranded on the other side without WiFi asking a passenger for hotspot and the manager wouldn’t give me exact directions that cost me 45 more minutes to find property, 2) the only bathroom for aprox 10 rooms is locked every time someone takes a shower, that is unprecedented not even at hostels, 3) the rooms are tiny and without air conditioning, I stayed 2 nights and had woken up suffocated for the lack of fresh air 4) there is not even a kitchen to make quick mails and the few glasses are to close to the toilets, with no separate dish washer, I think this property is ok for one night stay only

Die Unterkunft ist ein sauberes und einfaches Hostel mit Gemeinschaftsbad. Gut für einen Städtetrip geeignet. Vorteil: das Hostel liegt direkt an einer U-Bahnstation!

住所で行ったので最初はここで良いのか？とウロウロしてしまいました。事前に何時に来るのか？という連絡は頂いていたのでちゃんと時間通りに来れば問題なかったかもしれないけど若干の運行の遅れもあったせいで遅れてしまった。 別の日は出迎えはやっていたみたなので。 ウィーンのホテルは高いのでドミトリーでも仕方ない、と思っていたのですが個室にはなってるのでプライベートは保てます。 共同シャワーに共同トイレで誰かが共同シャワーを使われるとトイレに行けないという欠点はあります。あと私はその水回りの近くの部屋だったのですがそんなに音は気にならなかった。 部屋は常に暖かくむしろ乾燥状態だったので多少の湿気をどうしようか？というのは悩みでした。窓は開けると冬なので寒いし簡易的な水蒸気を発生させていた。 サイトにあった説明文通りでした。 駅から徒歩２分。カールスプラッツまで電車で10分くらい。ただし、宿の周りは何もなくスーパーも迷って徒歩15分くらい歩きましたが、それでもホテルの値段を考えたら私はまた利用すると思います。 1人気ままな旅には最良です。
