Pesimo servicio viajamos para hospedarnos y al llegar resulta que ya habian ocupado la habitación que habiamos reservado que se equivocaron pero no hicieron nada para remediarlo

Por la noche nos picaron las chinches y estaba algo sucia la habitacion, las sabanas y cobijas no olian limpias y la regadera estaba sucia.
Hay muy poco espacio en elevador, escaleras y hanitaciones.
