Location

Very clean, confortable bed, big locker for luggage, near Noviciado subway station and Dia supermarket. A block from Gran Via. Location is good and safe.

The hostel is close to shopping and Royal Palace. It is a great place to stay for the price if you are only staying in Madrid.

I wish they would have enforced the quiet times. I understand the majority of hostel travelers are young but having signs everywhere stating the quite zones then doing nothing about the noise at 1 and 2am is a bit frustrating

La recepción excelente. La limpieza de baños bastante deficiente. Bordes de taza de baño amarillo con orine pegado y bordes igual los lavamanos . Así como los baños. En definitiva falta más limpieza para lo que cobran. Espacio para maleta muy pequeño para ser 2.personas y adicional te cobran extra por utilizar o guardar maleta en otro espacio . Camas muy duras o las almohadas no ayudan para dormir cómodo .

Ótima localização, preço bom, porém as atendentes estão muito cansadas e chegaram a tratar mal de manhã , provavelmente pela falta de sono. A estadia estava perfeita, talvez tenha sido um dia/madrugada ruim que a menina da recepção teve, mas fui destratado em frente a diversos hóspedes enquanto estava tentando tirar uma simples dúvida com relação ao checkout. Não tenho intenção de prejudicar a atendente e por isso não falarei no nem nacionalidade, mas fiquei bem chateado e envergonhado. Uma pena!

Os funcionários são legais e educados e a limpeza do local é boa. Entretanto é praticamente impossível dormir com qualidade nesse hostel. O sistema de refrigeração simplesmente não funciona para esse modelo de cama cápsula. Funciona bem para quem adora a ideia de dormir em uma sauna. Já não bastasse isso acontecer mesmo com o ar condicionado do quarto ligado (de forma má distribuída) tiveram momentos em que o ar condicionado do quarto estava desligado e precisei chamar o recepcionista para ligar, e pasmem, ao ligar ele colocou em 24 graus Celcius, sendo que a temperatura na rua estava 18graus. De forma geral não recomendo se vc pretende dormir minimamente bem.
