Perfect way to feel at home in Florence
This is such a great place - the people here are lovely and will help you with whatever you need. It's in a great location, with the centre of Florence easily walkable, as is the Piazza Michaelangelo and the various restaurants on the south bank. I'll be back the next time I'm in Florence!

After initial confusion regarding whether we had paid upfront or not, we were able to check in slightly early. Room was comfortable with a very nice, powerful shower and air conditioning was good. Location was a little far out from the centre (15-20 min walk) but would probably be fine out of peak season with such high temperatures. Breakfast was fine, some mini croissants with your choice of topping and cereals / bread.

The property is beautiful with riverfront views! The overall experience was excellent!!! Our host gave directions, recommended tours and prepared wonderful crossaints & cappuccinos for us! The suite was nice even though the shower was very small. Also, it would be nice to have a lift to manage heavy luggage. I would definitely recommend this charming B&B for couples!

Friendly staff, accommodating and clean place. Nothing fancy but good size room for a European B&B. Walking distance from the center.

A little out of the way. About a 25 minute walk to main tourist area although on a bus line and right next to a taxi stand . But it seemed difficult to get a bus home at night (from train station which was about a 45 minute walk). After 12 hour excursions that was too long a walk especially later at night. When you walk into building on main floor there’s always a bad smell (similar to a dead animal). No lift 2sets of stairs to climb with luggage Very old building. Looks tired. Could use a lot of updating. Very small shower and bathroom. No place to put your stuff in bathroom. 2 small drawers for clothing and closet to hang a few things. Breakfast didn’t start till 8 am which didn’t work for us as we had to be at excursions before 8 am however Neil the manager was very kind and accommodating. He put breakfast food in our room the night before so we could make sandwiches and fruit. He was very kind and helpful but I just didn’t like this place. Dark, needs a lot of updating and too far out of the way. Neil was a lovely man very accommodating

Sognando Firenze
Our hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was perfect (warm rolls right out of the oven). The location is away from the hustle and bustle of the center of Florence but an easy 20 minute walk to Ponte Vechio or the Uffizi. The nearby Gattabuia ristorante pizzeria serves a great meal.
