Good location that’s all. walls and bathroom dirty, reception during the night Martin charge us $200 pesos for a old white towel that he said it was stained with hair dye, toilet paper very restricted and we were 2 people in the room, they have shows during the night in the 4th floor until 12am with very loud music, didn’t know about it and couldn’t not sleep until show ends, not happy with all this I will never stay at this place 👎

Unit was just OK. AC worked fine. We were there for 6 days and the room was cleaned once and only because we requested it. Staff was friendly. As it is located on 5th Ave in Playa Del carmen, location is ideal for a variety of activities, restaurants, beach, ferries to Cozumel. Very noisy in the evening until approx 2 AM.

The hotel itself is very quiet despite being right in front of a bar, the rooms from the third floor don’t have numbers so that it was a little difficult to find our room, we kinda had to guess based on the rooms at the bottom, but overall a good property.

employee took airpods

great value and location. my only complaint is i left my airpods in the room along with a charging block and cord. since im able to track my airpods, when i couldn’t find them a couple of hours after leaving the hotel i found out that they are in a neighborhood in Cancun. obviously an employee grabbed them and took them home rather than waiting to see if they were reported missing.
