The pictures shown on the website are more attractive than the reality. We booked a room with balcony, hope to see Mount Fuji. At check in we were given a room on lower level. Immediate in front of the balcony was an ugly car park undergoing renovations with metal construction surrounding it. We asked for a room change and luckily successful to swap a room on higher level. So I guess rooms with balcony are not a sure promise with a Mount Fuji view. The multi levels car park in front might block the view.

We didn’t expect this hotel to be so memorable. The room layout in our Japanese style room with Fuji view was superbly done, with ample space and selectable privacy levels for guests (eg. The shower area is visible from sleeping area but can be covered up by a curtain). The icing on the cake was the personal washer and dryer within the room, which we did not expect and came in incredibly handy during our stay. The room also had a great view of Mount Fuji - what a fantastic way to start a morning. We sadly didn’t get a chance to use the fully equipped gym. We wish we could have stayed here for several more nights but we will definitely be back if we visit Gotemba again.

這次是我們第一次入住了，酒店位於墓地附近，酒店內外及設施新，有很多免費停車位。 我們很晚才駕車到達酒店辦理入住手續，分配了5樓的房間給我們，房間與資訊提供的圖片一樣潔淨明亮，非常寬敞舒適，但我們嗅到一陣臭渠味道，打開窗户嘗試把臭味散去，打開後的確會好一點，但當時正值溫度只有幾度的天氣，不可能長時間打開窗戶，便到前台向男職員反映事件，男職員很敷衍地就向我們表示房間已滿，沒有房間可更換，我們當晚唯有打開少少窗戶盡量將嗅味減少。到次日晨早，我們再到前台向女職員反映事件情況，女職員細心地為我們查看電腦資料之，向我們表示6樓有相同房型的房間可讓我們更換，並即時帶領我們先到6樓房間檢查及確實一下有沒有問題，經我們細心嗅了很久後，確實沒有任何異味，並即時由她協助下讓我們即時將所有行李從5樓有嗅味的房間轉到6樓的房間，能夠得到她盡力協助真的她的服務態度非常好！但另一方面我們都想，為什麼6樓的房間那麼早就已經準備好讓住客入住，但前一晚那麼晚男職員就表示沒有房間可以讓我們更換呢？整件事實在太耐人尋味了！
