The place was clean and well cared for but when walking from Umeada station you we had to walk through an adult entertainment area that didn’t feel comfortable at night with kids. This building is also located close to a hospital and there were frequent ambulances.

Perfect location, close to everything. Comfortable beds. Clean and quiet. I wouldn’t have mind some furniture on the balcony. It was so cosy to sit there and enjoy the sound of the nightlife and the warmth of the summer night. I really loved the drying clothes function in the shower. So effective!

The room was great! No problems with the room, very comfortable and great oven bathroom area. The check in process was like an in-scape room. Unnecessarily hard and no way to easy way to communicate with the host. The lobby was boiling hot and the lift was like a sauna. I would recommend fixing the air conditioning in the public spaces and improving the check in process.

The only issue we had with this property was trying to find it. When you click on the Google Maps locator provided in the listing, it takes you to the wrong building. The triangular building/property that it takes you to is the YWCA that is about a 30 second walk away. Even after pinning the exact location once we were in the apartment, Google Maps kept taking us back to the YWCA. Once you find it in relation to the YWCA building, it's easy to get back to even if Google Maps takes you to the YWCA. The unit we stayed in was very clean, very comfortable for the four of us and had an apartment sized fridge/freezer, cooktop, and microwave. The bathroom sink was in the room with the standard shower/furo stall and the washing machine (we had laundry soap in our unit). Toilet with bidet was in a separate room across the hall. No traditional dryer but the shower/furo stall ventilation system has a setting for drying. Family Mart about 100 yards to the left as you exit the lobby, 7/11 is visible to the left as you pass FM. The street bordering the right of the property as you exit the lobby leads you to the "adult" area that some mention. Nothing that caused concern with two teenagers in tow, but might be slightly off-putting for more conservative people. That street takes you right to a food court/mall. You can enter the train station as well. Take the second right as you go down that street and you get to Donki and Round 1, and the train station can be seen across.

We enjoyed our stay overall. The apartment was very new and clean, and the location was excellent for exploring Osaka, with plenty of shops, restaurants and transport nearby. The host was also very responsive whenever we had questions, and an issue we had with the hot water was resolved quickly. Having a washing machine, microwave, fridge and small kitchen made the stay much more practical, especially for a few nights. The main downside was the size. We booked what was advertised as a quadruple room, but realistically it would be very cramped for four people, particularly with luggage. It felt better suited to two adults, or perhaps two adults with small children. The seating setup was also minimal, with only a small double chair and coffee table. A few practical extras would have improved things as well, such as drinking glasses and a tea towel. Communication was generally good, although instructions being split between Expedia messages and the OneStay app was slightly confusing at times. Despite those issues, the apartment worked well as a clean and convenient base in a great part of Osaka, and we appreciated how quickly the host responded when needed.

There were no knives, as it is an apartment, i had planned to make toast, there were also no teaspoons. I realise they are small concerns, but annoying all the same.

本次入住低層房間，露台對着酒吧、餐廳，打開露台門完全可以聽到酒吧、餐廳客人對話。入住這三天完全不敢打開露台門及窗簾，私隱度問題。酒店附近有比較多夜店，晚上會有少女站街拉客的情況。 酒店四人房本身設計非常好，有洗衣機，適合家庭客，只是如果樓層太低會影響入住體驗。
