We had a wonderful week at Numa Trastavere. The area was lovely and perfect for walking around and exploring a true Italian neighborhood. We had our favorite coffee stop every morning, il Bar del Fornaretto. The location was perfect access to local cuisine, grocery, pharmacy, etc. A short walk and you can walk along the river. Our room was spacious and met every need. Location was near both the bus and Metro and access to all of Rome was more than convenient. We referred to it as Home during our stay and look forward to returning to our Italian Home again soon.

The hotel apartment was clean, spacious, and located within walking distance to food, bus and tram stops. The neighborhood was quiet . The location we stayed at had free laundry even though dryers take hours to dry. So plan accordingly if using. It’s open 24/7 with free detergent . The room was very spacious with lots of balconies . Twin bedroom was nice and good for kid/young adult to sleep in. I think even an adult would be fine in it due to layout . It has a desk area as well. Kitchen had all you needed with free accessible items located downstairs as well in pantry if you run out . Nice large dinning table to fit 5-6 people. Sofa in living room is sofa bed . So you can fit 5 adults in the unit I rented . Master bed had Queen bed with lots space and nice balcony to sit in morning to eat breakfast . I had a nice view . You can also use to dry clothes if needed on drying racks of dryer moving too slow in laundry room downstairs. Bathroom was decent size . Would recommend better doors for shower . Due to the design of doors water can get out shower onto floor but not too big of deal. Customer service was top notch and always helpful to assist . Only thing I would state is in main Rome area as a tourist be careful . As tourist you will run into different incidents . So be aware in Rome of your surroundings. The hotel is located in Traveste area which is more residential and suburban so it felt very safe and people in neighborhood were really nice. So would recommend

The apartment was clean and spacious. It’s a great location for exploring but not a great location if you are looking for a slow and late start on a Sunday, there is a market that takes place right outside and was very loud and disruptive from very early hours. There is no toilets outside of the rooms so if you check out and leave your luggage just be mindful there is no restroom on return. Have stayed and witnessed these few flaws I now know what to expect. I would definitely recommend to very early risers and those who want to explore. It’s also great for small families, I wouldn’t recommend it for families with Autistic children as the locks on the front door are easy to open and doors do not have a safety latch inside.

Wonderful stay in Travestere

Wonderful property! The check in process is very smooth - they just send you a code to get into the building as well as your unit. Storage lockers and laundry were also available. The unit itself was great. Kitchen and living room were spacious. The area is very quiet as it is more residential, but it was a short walk to all of the great sites and fantastic restaurants.

The room inside is awesome and clean. No complaints there. Unfortunately since there’s no front desk personnel we had a defective room door at the hotel and had to wait for over an hour outside the room to receive new codes by text to press on the door pad until a hard kick made the miracle. This was very frustrating since it was late and were very tired.

Rooms are nice and spacious. Good location. Communication is basically with bots. We reserved 2 rooms. One was ready on time but there were no sheets, pillows and comforter for the pullout bed. There is no staff at the property and it took over an hour to find out where we could get those items. The other room was not ready until after 6:30. It was supposed to be ready by 3. No explanation from A real person about the delay. Just lame excuses from a bot. So, if you like talking with bots instead of real people, this place is for you.
