Perfect spot if you want to be away from the very busy parts of Tokyo. Room was about the expected size in Tokyo. Waseda station about a 10min walk away to easily get into the city. Lovely local restaurants and shops in the area. Had to check ourselves in by getting the keys from a lockbox in front of the building but the instructions were very clear on how to obtain them.

Very clean. A lot larger than anticipated and easy to walk or reach a train station. Bigger than some named hotel chains. Staff response time was excellent and they’re extremely accommodating. 10/10.

Great stay, it’s a bit hidden but felt very private. Accommodations were made with toothbrushes, hair brush, cotton swabs and towels. I would double check on the instruction provided my room was on the 5th floor, and instruction indicated to get off 4th floor. Other than that I had an excellent stay and would recommend.

Expedia map sent me to completely the wrong area, more than 1km away from the hotel. Without a friendly local who works as a courier I would have been very lost. Property itself is very clean and nice. Because of a serious medical issue I could spend only 1 night instead of the seven that I paid for. I was told at checkout and by expedia message that their policy did not allow reimbursements, but they would review my special case with management. They never did.
