I like the fact that it could fit 4 people, it's equipped with a small kitchen sufficient for quick meal preps, there's a Walmart nearby (walking distance)

I liked that the beds were in separate rooms and the beds were comfortable. Also, it was a full apartment if that’s what you are needing. We were just there for sleeping one night. The rooms were clean as well.
Unfortunately there was quite a bit of noise in the hallway during the night and it echoed into our room. The property was all a bit rundown but we just needed a place to sleep without spending a fortune. You get what you pay for.

The room was clean but very out of date. The carpet in the halls was very dirty and balconies and amenities in bad shape.

Bring your dog ...for security
The sand castle was ok considering they do except pets. We expect a little less for this reason so are stay was ok to good. The halls carpets are very stained., the rear entrance door was not locked, and rooms have a keyed knob and no deadbolt. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Overall we had a quiet restful night.
