Clean room, Staff are the best; very attentive, friendly and take care of you like you're the king or queen, The location is great too. Best of the best of Hanoi!

This hotel is clean and the staff could not do more to help. The breakfast here is a huge stand out with an A la carte menu which has rivalled some top brunch spots I've visited. The rooftop splash pool is a nice touch in a hot city like Hanoi.

Although smaller in size than what we are used it, we found La Siesta Premium Lakeside extremely good from various points of view - location, cleanliness and more importantly the excellent staff who made our stay a memorable experience.

My first time staying in Hanoi and I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It’s conveniently located, walking distance to the main attractions and featured modern and comfortable rooms, and the staff were friendly and attentive which made the experience even better. The buffet breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. Thank you for a relaxing and enjoyable stay — would definitely recommend.

8/10 Very good

The friendly, accommodating and attentive staff is the best part of the hotel. They are super professional and resourceful! Breakfast room is too small and gets crowded but food is great. I could constantly hear noises in my room— furniture being dragged across floor from room above, bumps, scratches etc. The walls are very thin! Bed was very comfortable.

Excellent quality, infrastructure and service! Very efficient from start to finish. We were offered a transportation to the airport and breakfast packages as we left early in the morning. Excellent location in Hanoi to visit the old quarter (walking distance) but in a calmer area

It was a Great Hotel. The room walls are a bit thin, Quite Noisy when people or housekeeper working/talking outside the room. The lobby is very cold not cozy, even the front desk staffs were trembling with chill, Other than that it's a great stay we had. Thank you for taking care of us.

They treated us like family! We were on our honeymoon and stayed there 3 times. We had plenty of time to talk and get to know the staff and they are absolutely as genuine as they come. This is now the ONLY place we will recommend for those visiting Hanoi. Truly amazing!

The sound proof quality of the room need some improvements. We could hear the children next room shouted and cried early in the morning around 6am that was very annoying.
