We enjoyed three nights at Caption by Hyatt. This is a fabulous hotel. The staff were both friendly and very helpful. The facilities were of the highest order and the breakfast menu very good. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. It is set in the business district with access to transport nearby. I would certainly stay again.

Great hotel just a few minutes from Tokyo Station! Staff were wonderful, rooms were comfortable and not too small. The shower is great as well. Lots of great stuff in the area including Omnipollos brewery, Heiwa Doburoku Sake brewery, and tons of great Izakayas and food options. Easy access to convenience stores as well. Couldn't recommend this place more!

The staff, every day, were extremely polite and professional. They were also very helpful with all our queries on restaurants and shops. Room was extremely neat and clean, and beds were comfortable. Location was amazing as itโ€™s just a few steps away from Nihombashi.

Excellent stay and the Caption by Hyatt Kabutocho. Check in was easy and they allowed us to access our room early. Room was very spacious and well furnished. Bathroom was well appointed and nicely decorated. Common space and lounge/breakfast area were both well furnished and serviced. Staff were extremely polite and helpful. The banana bread for breakfast was the best I have ever had. Check out was simple and efficient. Highly recommend.

The room was modern and large compare to other Japanese brand hotels we have stayed on this trip. I really appreciate having plenty of electrical plugs for all of our devices next to both sides of the bed. There was no breakfast buffet but they had American and Japanese set breakfast that were adequate. The hotel was about 20 mins walk from Tokyo station or 1200 yen cab ride. There is a local train station entry on the same block as the hotel so you can take either Tozai or Hibiya line to some of the tourist attractions. Hotel staff were polite and friendly. I would stay here again.

There are many positives. Very clean rooms with a decent size considering other 3-4 star hotel rooms. Staff was attentive and everything felt quite new. Hotel also has a nice gym and areas to work from. Full black out curtains but unfortunately too many LEDs from the Wifi and Tv. Whilst I couldnโ€™t identify the source of the noise, I expect itโ€™s a construction site in proximity that heavily reflects and is very noticeable during the night. Further I could hear other hotel doors opening and shutting a fair bit.
