The staff were courteous, kind, respectful, and helpful. The room was spacious, immaculate and great for the money. The hotel stay included breakfast, which was from 6 to 10 with a great variety of food from fruits to eggs to sausage, breads, coffee, tea, hot, chocolate, etc. I would highly recommend anyone that’s on a budget to stay here the hotel is essentially located in the republic part of São Paulo

Eu fiquei hospedada durante um fds e achei ótimo. Fui muito bem atendida. O hotel é limpo e organizado. A questão é que ele fica em um lugar de grande movimentação e pra quem busca zero barulho não é ideal, mas se vc precisa de um lugar de segurança pra deixar suas coisas e ir andar no centro, voltar e dormir é perfeito.

A localização e ótima assim como o atendimento. O quarto em qual me hospedei não estava 100% limpo. Não tenho o custume de andar descalço porém infelizmente esqueci meu chinelo. A olho nu não dá pra ver as sujeiras pois o piso era escuro mas estava sim sujo. A televisão péssima nenhum canal funcionava e também não é smart não tem como acessar streaming. Tirando isso tudo foi ótimo. Já disse que o atendimento foi maravilhoso?!!!
