Experiência desagradável. Quarto não funcionava TV, ar condicionado, interfone e a porta não trancava. Solicitei auxílio e disseram para eu dormir aquela noite naquela condição, que fariam a manutenção no dia seguinte. Precisei brigar para me mudarem de quarto. Não tem secador de cabelo. Solicitei o que tinha disponível na recepção e a tomada dele não era compatível com as entradas do quarto. Se desculparam dizendo que não podiam fazer nada. Um caos. Realmente não recomendo. Parece que se importam em ter vários ursos espalhados no ambiente.

Me hospedo nesse hotel semanalmente. Mudei para a categoria família (embora sozinha) pois na recepção me informaram que seriam as unidades com tomadas 20 amperes. Atualmente secadores de cabelos são todos de 20 amperes, os quartos não tem secadores e a recepção já teve adaptador (informaram que foram levados por outros hóspedes). Não existe um padrão! Desta vez a unidade 813 tinha apenas uma tomada de 10 amperes no banheiro. Além disso o banheiro era sem box (por ser banheiro adaptado) - a cortina de qualidade ruim deixava o banheiro inundado durante o banho.

O quarto não tem tomada de 20 amperes, o que não permite usar secador de cabelos (o meu nem o que o hotel tem para emprestar). A única cadeira para tomar café da manhã fica na pequena varanda - mesmo local da condensadora do ar condicionado - um calor insuportável as 7:00.
