It was so much better than i expected and I expected a lot. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it. The gym is small but that's about it. Location is terrific. Extremely quiet and fast elevators. Really, really solid and I would go back.

Great place to stay when visiting London. The room was a good size for London and having a small kitchen was a nice bonus. The hotel feels modern and was exceptionally clean throughout. The only downside was that the bathroom could use better lighting. Ravi at the front desk was incredibly helpful and a pleasure to chat with, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

This aparthotel was a lovely place to make our base from for a trip away in central London last weekend. Check-in was easy and straight forward and the reception staff are super friendly and helpful. We arrived and were informed they had given us a complementary room upgrade to an apartment suite. The room was spotlessly clean, tastefully renovated and the bed was possibly one of the comfiest beds we've stayed in for a long time. We will absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

It’s a nice little studio apartment really. It was unclear how often they were cleaning our room or bringing fresh towels or empty in the garbage but if we asked about it, they always took care of it. The staff was very friendly. There was plenty of restaurants, nearby and close to transportation.

The room was stylish and spacious and the air con was great. The bed was ridiculously comfortable - really good night’s sleep. However the bathroom design is awful. It desperately needs better - or frankly any - lighting. You can’t see your face in the mirror - even with all available lights on. The kitchenette was handy too but the microwave wasn’t intuitive - and there are no instructions handy. You just have to guess and hope for the best. And it’s very high up. I’m 6’5 and it was still a bit too high for me. Overall looks great but I’m not sure it was designed for anyone who has ever actually needed to stay in hotel or apartment before.
