Late night check in and we were told there's self & valet parking but there wasn't any so we had driver around the blocks at midnight looking for street parking. Staff was not helpful with that one bit. Room was in good condition overall but no coffee pods in the room, stains on towels and no shower curtain in one of the bathrooms to take showers. Informed staff and they failed to do anything about it and stated no coffee available. Not worth the money IMHO. There are many other condo hotels to use then this ione.

. There was no restaurant as advertised or literally any way to get any type of food or snacks, which surprised us. The spa wasn’t working. No pool bar as advertised although the pool was nice. The location to the Kaseya center was great but parking was very challenging, especially when we didn’t have any direction. Regarding our particular unit, it was very clean and had some nice amenities like a refrigerator kitchen area, but it didn’t have a chair to sit on?! I thought we rented a queen size bed, but this was a full size.
