Loved the place and neighborhood! The place was clean, had everything we needed plus a comfy sofa area with projector. The neighborhood is also beautiful and has lots of cafes and places to eat. The hosts are very helpful and responsive too. If you are looking for a place to stay a bit far from the touristy area, this is the place. We will definitely come back

Great place for a quite & private stay-cation. I just stayed inside the room to enjoy my own time.
Host team is responsive almost 24/7.
Internet is fast - no error during my stays.
Check-in & check-out have no issue.
Recommended to many of my friends about this hidden gem.

We arrived after 11pm from a 14 hour flight. Just by chance, we called to make sure that late check in we had requested was still ok. We were told that the A/C in our room was broken and we couldn’t stay there. We had no other assistance from them so we had to scramble to find another hotel late at night which luckily we were able to do. Not great service or support.

The first apartment was infested with roaches and they swapped me to another one, which also has roaches. I think it is the whole building problem.
The customer service was good and responsive at first, but then it got worse closer to the end of the stay. They didn’t send housekeepers every day. It was about 3 days before the end of my stay, and I asked for housekeeping service. They said they would have sent one the next day. They didn’t. I reminded them and they said they would have come the day after. The housekeeper never came, and the same response until check out. I had to use the same towel, which they only provide 2 per room, for almost a week. For the price and the service provided, I would rather stay at a hotel.

Not very dirty but it too old and . so many ant and they doest clean like what they say . You have to pay extra to get cleaned if you want everyday cleaning. The pictures was nice on the site but when you there 100% different with what you saw . Dont believe on that then .

Auch wenn das Personal dort nicht flüssig Englisch sprechen kann, sind sie super freundlich und proaktiv unterwegs. Mit Google-Übersetzer oder grober Zeichensprache also völlig machbar. Die Wegbeschreibung zur Unterkunft gibt es vorher natürlich auf Englisch, falls man sie aber trotzdem zunächst nicht findet, kann man einfach jemanden aus der lieben Nachbarschaft fragen :)

Отличное место с идеальной локацией — все необходимое для путешественника находится в пешей доступности. Номер очень красивый, уютный и продуманный: есть стиральная машина с сушкой, большой телевизор, балкон. В целом очень тихо и комфортно — с удовольствием остановился бы здесь снова.
