Our stay at Hyatt House Destin was incredible! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and exceeded my expectations in every way. One of the highlights was the complimentary breakfast, which was delicious with plenty of options. The free parking was another great perk that made our stay even more convenient. What truly made the experience exceptional was General Manager Jeff. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional throughout our stay. His commitment to guest satisfaction was evident, and he went above and beyond to ensure everyone felt welcome and well taken care of. I highly recommend Hyatt House Destin to anyone visiting the area and look forward to staying there again!

We actually arrived into town a little early so I called to see if our room was ready and they said it would cost me $75 to check in early. That is completely ridiculous. Especially since she told me a room was ready. Needless to say I was very angry. I would have cancelled and stayed somewhere else if the room wasn’t already paid in full. Thankfully the hotel and room were very clean and nice. Not sure if I will book at a Hyatt again though with that kind of early check in policy.

This was our first time to Destin and we now have our “go-to” location for sure. We decided to extend our stay and Shan & Sammy made the process so easy. They were so professional and friendly as were all the staff we interacted with. The room was clean, beds comfy and the restroom was clean and big.
