It was a total scam. The hotel was sealed off 1.5 months ago. We arrived at the hotel at night (8:30pm on 25/8/26). We were two women there. We went there just to find that the hotel was closed. Then we tried to contact to the number provided in the booking confirmation email.The number was switched off. We got to know from the locals that this hotel along with some other hotels were closed by the government due to the fire incident. We couldn’t find any hotels nearby. It was such a horrible experience. So disappointed with the service of hotel. com. They took full payment in advance.How can they scam people like this!! I want refund as soon as possible
