I’ve booked this room for three nights every night was amazing the room is beautiful with a beautiful kitchen plus it came with pans and pots and silverware etc the room was beautifully decorated I love how easy it was to connect my apps to the tv very amazing and friendly service was a lady there decorating the Lobby loved her very welcoming and also there was another lady I talked to very nice and helpful lady she the view from the window was beautiful all around loved my experience there

For being my first time buying a hotel the front desk lady really helped me work thru getting it together she was patient, kind, helpful very friendly.I stopped by to use the bathroom on the way to work and she made me felt welcomed when I walked in and after I left even tho I wasn’t buying another room she still made me feel welcomed, that’s what really stood out everyone just went back to work after I went in the bathroom 😂

It was very cold the weekend we were there and it was warm inside the hotel until we walked down the hallway to our room where it was about 20-30 degrees colder than the rest of the hotel. We had to get fresh linens after check in, the ones on the bed just seemed a bit dirty and spotty. The wifi was lacking but didn’t cause any major issues during the stay. The staff was attentive and very accommodating, I just don’t think the price was worth the stay.

Once we actually found the hotel, the staff was amazing with helping us get checked in and telling us about parking options.
The signage is very sub-par, as in, THERE IS NO SIGNAGE. This makes the hotel very difficult to find, especially in the dark.
When I tried to call the hotel to get more information about the location, the number was disconnected.

Clean room but looked like someone laid down on our bed when we first got there. Very cold, very loud, people in hallways through out the night most of the time, water pressure wasn’t the greatest in the shower, towel rack kept falling off wall. . Great place for loud college kids but not the best for family environment or a calm atmosphere.

I did NOT Stay Overnight at this Facility. In fact I Checked-Out within 15 minutes of visiting my Room. The Floors were dirty & unswept throughout the entire place. Overall, it wasn’t to my Level of Satisfaction. I wish I could get a Refund.

If using GPS, be more prepared than I was, both popular GPS options take you to a point in the middle of the road and don't indicate which side of the road the hotel is on, and if you are coming from the South or the East, you won't see a sign for the hotel which is just 2 recessed doors on the North side of the building, blink and you miss it. The hotel is around the corner from the New York Style deli which is either open 24/7 or very late. There are bars in both hotels across the street. Park at the lot across the street from the hotel on the West side of Washington Ave, just North of Michigan Ave.

What a dump. Sheets were the most stained sheets I've ever seen in a hotel. There was actually a cigarette burn that had been partially cut out of the sheet. There were black oil stains on several sheets. They needed to use a flat sheet over the bedspread just to cover the poor condition of the spread. Every piece of furniture had visible stains. Tables were not clean. Kitchen chair had funk on it. Even the soap dispenser in the bathroom had gunk all over it. The shower curtain was literally stained yellow in areas. I don't think I've ever been grossed out more by a hotel, and I don't think I've ever left a review on a hotel before. Best part? Check in was 4:00. We couldn't get in until after 6:00 as they forgot to clean the room before we checked in and we walked into a dirty room. I think the housekeeping staff try to do the best they can with what they've got. What a lost opportunity as the room layout is great for larger groups that need to stay somewhere downtown.

In the heart of everything downtown but also across the street from bum central (bus terminal) hotel need repairs dishwasher was filled upon arrival that made the entire room smell so bad. They tried to move us to a room that had not been cleaned yet just for us to return back to our original room with the stinch. Bathroom was not clean we was instructed to talk to management the next morning just for them to tell us he won’t be back until the next week. They never accommodated us in no way. We’ve yet to hear anything back and that was a week ago

The woman at the desk during my stag was great! Wish I knew her name to call her out. The fitness center was disappointing. Mats on the floor were filthy, nothing to clean down equipment and some equipment missing.

Overall the stay was great. The reason I rated it 4 stars is due to the cleanliness of the room. The headboards are stained pretty bad, Valentine's Day balloons were still in the room. Pillows were dirty, sheets and pillow cases were stained. While cleaning up after my babies, I swept up fake nails out the carpet, who knows how long it's been there.
The hotel workers were very nice, helpful and friendly. My idea type of living for a hotel as far as the apartment style. The store nextdoor was a plus.
I would stay again just need to touch up on cleaning.

The location and amenities were great! We stayed in a 2 bedroom with 3 queen/king-sized beds. The staff was very kind and responsive. Our only issue was that the room was not ready at the designated check-in time due to staff shortage and one of the bedrooms had very noisy pipes.

Check in was a long process and there was quite a line, took almost 30 minutes. After being assigned our room, we arrived to discover the room door propped open with dirty linens. The two beds had been stripped and none of the rest of the room appeared to be cleaned - full trash and visibly dirty coffee table. When we went back downstairs to inform the staff of this issue, they were still busy with the check in line. A manager stated she would go and look into it. While sitting and waiting we discovered that another couple had the same issue and were also waiting. While waiting we overheard the staff being unprofessional - one stating that she couldn’t wait to leave for the day, another saying “this is what happens when people call off” meaning the rooms not being cleaned. After about 20/30 minutes we decided to ask for a refund and find another hotel. We were not feeling confident that the room would be properly cleaned and after losing an hour of our time it was not worth it. We were checked in an in our other hotel within 10 minutes.
