Very clean and in great condition, really seems brand new. Well designed modern room, big bathroom and shower. The lobby and restaurant area are quite impressive with high ceilings. We left too early for a flight so didn’t try the included breakfast.

It's nice enough and nothing wrong with it but some little details could be improved: they were unable to provide an iron/ironing board (apparently had none in the whole hotel) and there is constant music blaring in the corridors day and night which is not nice when trying to sleep at night.

Minha estadia foi impecável, funcionários atenciosos, pessoal das mesas do pequeno almoço, foram incríveis, o senhor Mário da recepção e as meninas que repõe o frigobar, as senhoras da limpeza, foi tudo muito satisfatório, fiquei maravilhada com o hotel. Nada tenho a reclamar de absolutamente nada. Estava 12 anos sem ir ao Brasil e foi surpreendente ter um hotel com esse padrão em campo grande. Muito obrigada equipe Slavieiro.

O hotel é recém inaugurado (prédio muito bem reformado), a roupa de cama e toalhas são magníficas, travesseiros extremamente confortáveis e novos. O destaque é pro café da manhã, um dos melhores da cidade. Variedade imensa e tudo muito bem preparado. Não tenho nada a reclamar, tive um pequeno problema com o estacionamento (etiquetaram errado o meu carro e quando pedi pro manobrista trazer, trouxeram o de outro hóspede). Perdemos alguns minutos até solucionar, mas nada que desabone, são pequenos imprevistos. Bom atendimento.

Não ha rampas ou indicação de acessibilidade da entrada na rua à recepção, só sai visiveis as escadas. A reserva foi para quarto para pessoa portadora de deficiência. No 1o quarto disponível, o 106, o banheiro nao tinha barras de apoio, havia banco no box mas não extensão ducha, nao havia barras no box e no vaso sanitário e caida errada da água do box fez a sua se espalhar por todo banheiro. No 2o quarto, o 108, os perigos persistiram em menor escala visto que havia barras no box e atras do vaso sanitário . Mas seguiu com falta de ducha flexivel, falta de barra lateral no box e no vaso sanitário, caida de água errada no box. A fixação do toalheiro esta errada, a tomada do secador está errada. Choveu e entrou água no quarto e no banheiro pelas esquadrias das janelas , pois mal instaladas. Os eladores são lentos. A luz do elevador do lounge ao restaurante/térreo permaneceu queimada durante toda a 6af. Urgente ser revista a acessibilidade pois nao cumpre a legislação brasileira. A equipe de funcionários foi gentil no atendimento. Mas a gentileza não resolve problemas estruturais que oferecem riscos a quem se hospeda.
