my husband and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was super clean and very well maintained, which immediately made me feel comfortable. It was also impressively quiet, allowing me to relax and get a great night’s sleep without any disturbances. Overall, a peaceful and pleasant experience—I would definitely stay here again!

When we got there the self check-in wasn't working but front desk staff was friendly. Looked like there were a lot of guests with pets. The halls weren't very clean the room was ok. For the price of the room I don't think it was as good as it could have been. However it was a big event weekend.

Room was clean. The only wrong was they left the trash inside the cabinet. And the dishwasher was on when entered the room.
I took a picture to show the front desk. When I went downstairs the office was closed.

Very convenient location. Plenty of easy parking, friendly staff.
Really hard to juggle that first set of glass doors with required key entry and luggage.
Room is spacious, but not a lot of comfort. No blanket on bed (there's one on shelf) full size
fridge, dishwasher and two burners, but no pots, pans or COFFEE MAKER???? Feels like you're trying but sometimes the BASICS are all a weary traveler wants.

Everything looked clean, modern, new. Elevators were so nice (usually hotel elevators are pretty shaky and dirty). Room was comfortable and neat. Appreciated the full sized fridge in the mini kitchen. Couple things I would suggest: 1. There’s a little stove top in the kitchen, but no pans to use on it. Needs a small pan. 2. No tissues in room - I had to grab mine from the car. 3. No conditioner or body wash for the shower to go with the shampoo provided. 4. No mini coffee pot. Most hotels, especially with mini kitchens have a little coffee pot in the room. Given that the hotel only has coffee in the lobby for the first half of the day, that would have been nice. However, there is a McDs and a Starbucks in the parking lot. Overall it was fine for a one night stay:)

LivAway is a new hotel chain that focuses on offering the basics at a good value. My dog and I stayed one night at the Tolleson location in March 2026. Check in was easy, our room (an accessible one) was large, clean, and had what we needed. While we only used the fridge the kitchenette is a very nice touch. I definitely used the work table though. LivAway offers a very low pet fee per night and there were a lot of dogs on the premises (all well tended to and behaved, though I did hear some barking). Staff was friendly and greeted us on our many trips in and out.
While our experience overall was great and I'd stay again, noise was an issue. Noise from I-10 was significant, but fortunately I have a high tolerance for traffic noise. Perhaps the south facing rooms are better in this regard. Our big noise issue was the elephant in the room above us (never did figure out if it was a dog or a child) stomping around nonstop from 8-11pm and then was back at it in the morning. Its stomps shook MY floor too, which gives me some concern for the construction of the building. Other noise readily transmitted too, which bothered my nervous dog (admittedly she does need to chill out).
All in all though, for under $200 a night this is a good value if you're willing to give up the pool and continental breakfast. I would however suggest that the management consider putting up a shade structure over a portion of the gravel to keep it cool enough for dog paws to potty on.

Where do I even start? This is a newly built hotel advertised as “built with effective noise-reduction and kitchen ventilation technology to give each guest the peace of mind of a clean, quiet atmosphere to call their own, free from disruptions.” Which is completely false advertising. The walls were paper thin and I left sleep deprived. The smells were absolutely disgusting. The single elevator (which broke during my stay) smelled like raw onions. The halls were filled with the smell of each units cooking and left a stomach turning lingering scent. Each morning I was awakened by the smell of sulphur??? After a long day working I returned with heavy luggage only to find the elevator was out of service so I had to carry everything up the stairs which had yet another funky smell to it. I couldn’t take another night there so I requested to checkout a day early for a refund. They initially said yes and then the next morning the front desk gave me some pushback. They didn’t even apologize. I’m waiting on my refund for the last night. I would not recommend this location if you plan on getting rest. A few side notes: there does not seem to be clear ADA compliant access points. The toilet paper roll in my bathroom was clearly used. There was a transient person grilling on a portable charcoal grill behind the building, there is a sewage treatment plant nearby so you’ll never escape the rotting meat smell. staff over the phone was understanding but the front desk can use some training.
