Nice size apartment with a big kitchen for a family stay. Clean overall, but our bathroom was full of black mold, I think owner should take better care of it. Location wise we’re far from the old city, so in order to get out we had to either use taxi or a B20A bus to the closest Acemler metro station. Be aware there that closest grocery store / market is at least 20 min walk. If you’re in Bursa and want to be closer to transportation and old town, I would recommend staying in Osmangazi area instead.
