I really struggled with this review. I gave this a 3 as we felt this stay was ok. Not bad, just ok, and 3 stars would be an average setting. Just some more effort on the place and communications would have made this a great stay. Overall we were ok with the stay. It's just that were a lot of little things that were off that added up to a less than great stay. Not a bad stay, jut not a great stay. It was clean. There is a TV. Great location for our purposes. No noise issues from street or guests. Parking. The little issues * Communication with the staff. Email and messages for entry were not sent on time. Key fob entry was confusing and no one answered the phone when we called provided number. * a lot of little things in the room were off. I understand they want to save money, but it made the stay less that great. 1. The refrigerator was set to the lowest setting as opposed to the recommended setting. 2. Hot water for shower was warm, not hot. That's at the full hot setting. 3. No lamps and over head lightening was harsh. 4. Furniture was uncomfortable. 5. washer but no dryer 6. Stove temp was significantly off. Making cooking difficult. 7. Have not received parking comp yet

Lacked organization, never received instructions to check in them sat on the phone for 15-20 minutes while they had to try to find the reservation which it sure felt like they were never going to. Lock box for key didn't work to return the key so had to run back up to the third floor just to put the key in the room since they had no other key drop off options. Another person I ran jnto there also had the same issues with checking in. "Hot" water was barely just warm enough for a shower. Room was nice overall and location was as well. Free parking was a big perk.

This is a small one bedroom apartment. No service and no maid service. You have to get the keys from a lockbox. And communicate through email. Location is decent, very noisy street corner from all the traffic. Parking is a huge lot, you have to download an app and put in your credit card. And they will comp you after you go inside and scan a code in your room. Lots of work to park. The lobby smelled like an old wet basement.

Room is exactly as advertised for the unit we were in. Just make sure to check your inbox for codes and such and we had no issues (they sent the email with our check-in information at 3:30pm). Clean room, great building security, and easy to figure out. I recommend for anyone looking for a cheap getaway (especially with PINS being across the street which is a very fun place)
