The best hotel in Màlaga. It is my third time in Malaga and by far this is the best hotel . Very close to all attractions . Cleanest and also the best customer service both Jose and jaime were excellent very helpful and excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel .

Due to a flight cancellation I needed to book a hotel a very short notice. The Ocean Dream was a fantastic uneventful find. Super location, lovely friendly staff and a wonderful self contained apartment. Would recommend it to anyone.

Very comfortable room and excellently well-equipped kitchen, but the bathroom shower wasn't working properly and the cleaning was forgotten at one given day, even though I put the "please clean my room" sign on the door early enough. Otherwise, it's exceptionally comfortable, quiet, the staff is also very friendly!

The hotel has a very convenient location close to many restaurants, shopping, the harbour and the beach. The staff was very nice and welcoming and helpful with requests. The room was cleaned every 2 or 3 days but towels never dried in between cleanings partly because of no proper rack to hang them. Garbage cans were inadequate especially with cooking facilities and extra packaging waste. The room seemed to get warm at night and think the AC just shut off sometimes. I booked a Studio Balcony room but requested a date change shortly thereafter and was told it was possible. I was not informed my room would change and be downgraded to a "Studio" with no balcony as a result. I think I should have been specifically informed of that change as I might have kept the original dates. That may not be the hotel's fault but rather Hotels.com's

We really enjoyed our stay in Ocean Drive, Malaga. The location couldn't be better - in the heart of the town but not on a busy street, and close enough to walk to the beach. I think the street,however, is used for refuse collections. This wasn't really a problem for us as the balcony doors really did cut out all noise. There was one minor hiccup in that the day for cleaning the room was overlooked. This meant that our room was cleaned and towels replaced on day 4 of a five night stay. I think this is just teething problems with the accommodation being just open. The lady at reception (I wish I'd got her name) was extremely helpful and responsive. I can't praise her enough. The hotel.was, however, on the slow side to respond to emails before our arrival. The key code system was excellent. The property itself and the location felt very safe.

J'ai adoré mes 10 nuits au cœur du centre de Malaga dans ce magnifique hôtel. Vraiment le studio était grand propre et tout neuf. J'étais en solo mais parfait pour 2. Grand lit confortable avec des grands oreillers. L'emplacement est vraiment parfait. Le personnel sont tous super gentils et amicaux. Grande salle de bain et douche avec de l'espace pour mettre nos produits (c'est vraiment un plus car souvent nous n'avons pas d'espace). Des bouteilles de shampoing, revitalisant et savon de format normal. Vraiment si je retourne à Malaga je séjournerais à nouveau a cet hôtel. Merci à toutes l'équipe :-)

Vi manglede karklud, viskestykker, opvasketabs da der ikke står noget i beskrivelsen at det skal medbringes. Kommunikation/information omkring online tjekin var mangelfuld. Vi fik ikke link til tjek ved fremsendt mail. Generelt kunne der være flere information når man booker på Hotel.com Ellers meget behageligt ophold og dejligt sted/lejlighed.
