Es la segunda vez que me hospedo en el Cid, en esta ocasión les bajo la calificación porque no hicieron el aseo y tuve que comunicarme dos veces a servicio al cliente para que al menos me cambiaran las toallas, y nunca me llevaron más shampoo. Tenía acceso a una sala de estar y no abrieron el cuarto hasta el día siguiente.
