The property has a good view, and the only staff member we interacted with was nice, but there were multiple challenges during our stay. Unlike our experience with other unique stays, we were not informed about how difficult it would be to access the property. The roads were risky, and if you are staying for a longer duration, travelling to and from the property can be a major challenge.
When we arrived, we tried calling the staff, but no one answered. We eventually walked up to the property and found that the open kitchen was located at the reception, as was the pool, which was not properly cleaned. The pictures of the pool are misleading.
We ordered food, but after 30 minutes we were told that the food truck had not arrived and that only limited options were available. The food we received was very average. There was also no proper place to walk or sit outside, so guests are essentially confined to their rooms. With children, I would not recommend this property unless you are comfortable staying in the room most of the time with limited food options.
Another concern was the lack of a sense of security, especially at night, with only a single staff member present. We were unsure whether medical assistance would be available if needed. On top of all this, the sales representative we spoke to was very rude. We ultimately changed properties because we did not feel comfortable staying there with our child.
