First of all it is the fault of Hotels.com for not presenting on their website that this hotel has up to 5 floors and no elevator - and it is situated on top of a steep incline. Older travelers can go breathless dragging their luggage up this hill. The hotel staff was very helpful in carrying my luggage to my room. But it is a hassle to climb up and down to the room and back so I checked out early and moved to a different hotel Also their check out time is 8:30 am (very inconvenient)
