Nossa estadia na Zoe Pousada foi excelente! Quarto confortável, bom tamanho, cama confortável. A localização é certamente o ponto alto: fica na rua das sombrinhas, dando acesso a todo o centrinho, restaurantes, lojinhas e de fundos à praia das piscinas naturais. Geo e Sulamita dão um toque especial na gentileza e receptividade. Obrigada pela estadia durante essa semana.

Atendimento 1000/10! ❤️ Café da manhã muito bom, comida gostosa, e as meninas da cozinha sempre muito atenciosas e delicadas. A noite foi tranquila, o quarto aconchegante, cama confortável e chuveiro funcionando perfeitamente. Tudo muito limpo. Amamos e, com certeza, vamos voltar! Parabéns, Zoe! A pousada é bem localizada. O café da manhã é satisfatório. Os funcionários são prestativos e educados. Mas a maioria dos quartos são péssimos pois não possuem ventilação nem exaustor no banheiro. Tornando extremamente desagradável o ambiente. Chuveiro fraco, a torneira da pia sai um fio de agua, difícil o uso. Internet no quarto fraca. Não voltaremos jamais.

Minha estadia na Pousada Zoe foi, no geral, positiva. A localização é ótima (para quem não se incomoda com barulho), a limpeza é excelente e a funcionária da limpeza muito educada. O café da manhã é bom, dentro do valor da diária, e a atendente do café é extremamente atenciosa. Apesar do quarto não ter vista para o mar, é possível ver o oceano do corredor. Pontos negativos: o ralo do banheiro não funcionava, causando acúmulo de água e vazamento para fora do box, e o problema não foi resolvido mesmo após reclamação. O atendimento da recepção foi ruim — funcionária fria, mal educada e sem interesse em ajudar, chegando a sugerir que a reclamação fosse feita pelo site. Além disso, os travesseiros são desconfortáveis, muito duros. Me hospedaria novamente, mas não no quarto 09 e espero não encontrar o mesmo atendimento na recepção.
