Begrüßung: "Bleiben sie NUR eine Nacht?" - fast vorwurfsvoll. Frage nach Bademantel wurde mit "liegt auf dem Zimmer" beantwortet, dem war aber nicht so. Die Sauna wurde selbst bei Nachfrage von 3 weiteren Hotelgästen mit "machen wir am 1.10. erst an" beantwortet (dies steht so nicht auf der Hotelseite und wir haben den 16.9.!!!). Der sehr kleine Fitnessraum besteht aus ganzen 4 Geräten und wir mussten im Dunkeln trainieren (kein Licht, kein Wasser, keine Handtücher etc.). Im Zimmer (208) durchgehende Klack-Geräusche, unergründbar. Dafür gab es aber Silberfische, echt eklig und unhygienisch. Rain-Dusche ohne Druck, dafür hatte die Brause Schimmel am Griff - es gab auch Schimmel am Fenster. Personal im Restaurantbereich total überfordert, kommen erst auf Nachfrage zum Bedienen an den Tisch. Zum Abschluss wurden uns zwei Espresso versprochen, die nie geliefert wurden. Im Treppenhaus heftigste Verschmutzungen, ebenso an den Wänden im Flur. Dieses Hotel hat nichts märchenhaftes.

Aufmerksames Personal, schöne Location, Dachterrasse hat mir gefallen, ruhige Lage, sauber, schön eingerichtete große Zimmer. Gutes Essen abends im Restaurant und gutes Frühstück. Kostenlose Parkplätze um die Ecke auf einem P&R Parkplatz und kostenpflichtige in der Tiefgarage.

Vernünftiges zweckdienliches Hotel im Aussenbereich von Berlin. Die Matratzen sind anscheinend leider recht minderwertig, was den Komfort spürbar einschränkt. Badezimmer sehr modern und gut.
