This property was beautiful on the outside with a great pool scene. It is also conveniently located just steps away from Playa Mamita Beach and 5th Avenue. HOWEVER, internally, the room was quite run down and dirty. Many electrical outlets didn't work. The entire hotel's water was shut of during the middle of the night secondary to reportedly repeated water pump failures explained to me by the manager of the property. There was no blackout curtain to the large sliding door to the balcony. There was only a shear see-through curtain for which everyone outside could see into my room with no privacy for me and my date. The "wet bar" area with a sink had what appeared to be vomit in the base of the sink that was not cleaned up prior to me being there. The balcony floor was covered in bird crap. The bed was super hard. This property has great potential. However, it is clear that the owners do not care to maintain it whatsoever. Do NOT book here! You have been warned.
