Not really that grand if I am honest. Maybe a few years ago this would have been in a better shape. The breakfast I thought was terrible the room itself was old dated and the 4 posted bed missing screws making it weak and wobbly. The only good thing is the views from the side suite

Average hotel with better options available elsewhere. Hotel staff are disorganized and surprisingly very unfriendly when compared to the normally warm and lovely Thai people. Upon arrival key cards to the room didn't work and required several trips back and forth to reception; key cards also lost they coding periodically during the stay requiring more trips to reception. AC in the room will do as it pleases ans the thermostat controller has little control, it was typically either very cold or blowing hot. Best left off overnight. Cold shower on the first morning until maintenance made some adjustments but still the shower would fluctuate better very hot and cold when in use. Beyond the reception the hotel is run down, with very average cleaning. Be careful with using the glasses and cups in the room as these are cleaned with tap water and towels. The hotel is far from the main business, shopping and tourist areas with little public transportation options which requires lots of taxis or "grab" to get around. But as the hotel is on a busy road it can take up to 45minutes to 1hr to reach common areas; often Grab drivers will cancel the ride before arriving due to the traffic to and from this area. Also be aware the room has poor noise insulation and music from street or other guests in the hallway/nearby rooms can be loud. Very busy breakfast area and lobby in the mornings as it is used by large tour groups.

This was a good hotel. The bed was very hard and they only give you two water bottle for free no matter how long you are staying. We ended up walking to the gas station nearby and bought a pack of waters. The shower was broken when arrived (rain shower portion shot water at the ceiling). They came up promptly to fix it but only patched it up. It still shot water at the ceiling but much less. enough went through the shower head for it to be useable. The location was conveniently close to our excursion meet ups so we didnt get stuck in traffic but there is no convenient metro in walking distance so you have to use grab to go anywhere.

1…. Receptionist lied to me upon checking in saying No double rooms available… After saying I wished to cancel a Double room appeared. 2…..No bar open 3…. No restaurant open 4…. No spa open 5…. No Buffet breakfast …. 4 cardboard containers delivered to your room door. 6…. Advertised “ Cable TV” Nothing faintly English or American, All Thai or Chinese 7…… The in room safe not bolted down, I picked it up off the wardrobe floor!!!! Crazy.

Mainly hotel meant for overnight Chinese tourists
Hotel is meant for Chinese tourist coming in load of buses. Very noisy even past midnight Location is far from city, expect to use taxi/grab as no shuttle service being provided Breakfast is too crowded with overnight packed tourists and spread of breakfast very limited cater for Chinese. I have stayed in so many hotels of very high standard to normal and this hotel should only 3 star instead of 4star.

Quiet location far away from the most touristy areas of the city, easy to travel too and from with taxi. Two convenience stores within 2 minute walking distance. Several street food options and a small local market. Amazing view from the upper floors. Cleaning is ok, nothing stands out as dirty, but could be better. The hotel is very worn, water marks in the ceiling and on the carpet, scratched doors and floors. No hot water most of the day, shower head wouldnt stay in one position and was leaky. Atleast the bathroom had a tub and a seoarate shower, so you could choose where to get frosty. Great staff, helpful and smiling. 2000 baht deposit so bring cash to check in. You get it back when you leave. Dont choose this hotel if you think its going to look like the photos or if you're picky about the above stuff. Do choose this hotel if you want a stunning view while resting and wont be staying much in the room anyways.
