The property did nor resemble the photos presented at all. The air was only allowedat a certain level which did not coom the room. Toilets keaked when flushed and ecectricity went down three times in two hours. There were four people with a multiple day stay. All four of us left within 3 hours.

I liked that room was kept up nice, nights were morderate with noise, great pool, good location for me to take morning walks. I did not like that the person I came to see had to leave her id at the desk when she came to see me and that they put a time limit on her stay to see me when it got around 9, the bed is far too hard and far too little blankets on the bed. And like many others have said, WIFI is not good.

The hotel desperately needs a upgrade, it has potential as it’s close to the airport but omg the amenities need a complete revamp.. my 7 year old would not eat anything there because everything looked dirty.. the spoons were rusted and the pots are way pass old..the taxi available drove like a maniac we had to pray every trip and he did not know where to go. Overall the only good experience is that the front staff and security were very nice people..

This hotel may be no good for those not Spanish speakers. Staff don’t speak English and even did not know the meaning of the word “tour” when asking about it. Very noisy restaurant with music to the highest volume, poor transportation available with a recommended risky taxi with no seat belt, no lights in a very poor driving environment. I changed rooms 3 times in 4 days due to no electricity, pool internet reception. Limited breakfast buffet, confused dinner order. Other than that, the patio and the pool area were excellent.
