Still need to improve

Near MRT station and easy to find but there some disappointed for the facilities. The shower water pressure was a big problem. It too weak and make you don't feel clean after taking shower. And see some insect in the room like spider. The hotel staff are nice and friendly.

儘管如題的缺點確實有點多，但這飯店房間提供的衛生用品的確很貼心。自助早餐不過不失。 特別想建議酒店想想辦法讓馬桶易淤塞的情況解決，我入住的期間刻守房間內的提醒便條所示，衛生紙一概掉到洗手間內的小垃圾桶內（是令我有點感覺有點不清潔），但馬桶的排污力度真的不夠給力，差點就要麻煩職員幫忙了，在反覆沖馬桶好幾遍後才乾淨，不然多尷尬呢！

타이페이 중앙역이랑 시먼딩역 중간쯤? 타이페이 중앙역까지 느린 제걸음으론 10분~13분정도 걸었던걸로 기억합니다. 위치도 소소~ 룸도 딱히 불편함을 못느꼈던것같습니다. 근데 공사중인건지 어쩐건지 호텔입구가 좀 정신없구요 처음에 호텔찾아들어갈때 찾기가 어려웠어요 표시가 너무 눈에 안띄더라구요~ 그리고 리셉션도 지하에있고..뭐 꾸며놓은건 나쁘지않았음.

酒店改名了，差點找不到。reception是在b1也沒指示，staff沒笑容。free snack區裝飾得好，拍照好地點。房間樓層不用拍卡也可以到達，感覺不太安全。普通沒窗房不能同時打開2個行李箱（硬殼款）。隔音普普，隔壁說話會聽到。

立地がよくてお洒落なホテル☆

3泊友人と二人で利用させていただきました。立地は少し歩くと最寄りのMRTの駅があり大きい通りにあるので便利と思います。(メインの台北駅まで徒歩でも行ける)ただ、ロビーが地下の為外観がホテルと分かりにくいので一度通りすぎてしまいました。 ロビーには無料のドリンクや軽食がありとてもかわいいお洒落な雰囲気。 スタッフさんの対応はとてもよく、日本語もほぼ通じますし理解してくれようとしてくれ ます。部屋は多少清掃が行き届かない面もあ りましたが水回りなどは綺麗でした。サイズ は狭めでしたがキャリーバック無しだったの で個人的には問題なかったです。あと、冷蔵 庫が外出する時に電源が切れる？みたいで帰宅後すぐは若干ぬるくなってました。外出す るときは食べ物を入れっぱなしにするのはや めたほうがいいかも。総合的にはとても満足していてまた利用したいです。ありがとうございました。

J'ai voulu un logement près de la gare, comfortable et pas cher. Cet hôtel corresponde parfaitement à mes critères. De plus, les personnels à l'accueil sont très gentils. Ils m'ont donné beaucoup d'informations précises du quartier et de la ville; ils m'ont beaucoup aidé pur chercher les endroits de mon intérêt. J'ai fait une erreur en connectant le WiFi. Ils ont consacré du temps pour trouver le problème. C'est un des rares établissements où on sent que les clients sont des dieux!

なんだか残念でした。

以前泊まったことがあり(今回行ったらホテルの名前が変わっていましたが)、普通のダブルルームは狭くて窓がないお部屋がとても息苦しかったので、今回は 念入りに確認して窓ありのスーペリアダブルにしました。とても立地が良い事とスタッフの方々が良かったので再度トライしてみましたが、部屋は私にとっては最悪でした。 窓確かにありましたが、空気穴？程度のもの。本当に目を疑いました。私は日本語しかできないのですが、それでも「あれは本当にスーペリアダブルなの？」聞きに行きましたが間違いないと言われて愕然としました。 相変わらずスタッフの方々は良かったのですが、少しグレードアップして…なんて思いで少し良いお部屋にしたつもりが、本当にがっかりでした。残念。

服務欠佳，房間空間差

我是4月11-16號到這家旅館住。 房間很小，清潔尚可。 但房間空氣不流通，導致我連續三晚鼻敏感發作，難以入睡。跟櫃檯人員反映要換房，起初說只剩可租一晚的較貴的客房，之後又稱房間尚未排序，意思是不想我們換。其實我們只不過要換另一間相同款式的房間而已。最後，我堅持要換，才說3時後才能換，著我們外出後才換，而且會幫我們移放行李到新的房間。 晚上回來取房，服務員先給我們一個房卡，我們上去發現是有人住的，也不見我們的行李！！立刻下去找櫃檯人員，他們卻不知道行李放置在哪個房間！折騰了半個多小時，找到行李了，是放在原本住的房間，他們謊稱是主管誤會了我們的意思，可是如果是誤會了，那麼為什麼服務員會給我們新的房卡呢！最後，花了我們一個多小時才能回房間休息。 由此可見，這家旅館管理不太妥善，連旅客的行李放哪兒也不知道。

hotel and room have a little bad smell. Room and walls do not have enough place for hanging cloths. Location is quite good, just a little walk from the station. Many good local restaurants,coffee shops and book stores.

The location is great. The price is fine. The lobby is fun with many games. However the room is not quiet enough. Whenever someone talks in the hallway, it'll be like they're talking in your room. The service is okay. Pretty friendly staff.

4日3夜的台灣旅行，選擇了這間旅館，地點非常方便，由台北車站大約步行8~10分鐘，樓下有便利店。旅館大堂也不錯，裝修很有風格，24小時有些小點和飲品免費提供。房間也很舒適，4人房間床也很寬敞，唯一是洗手間，沖涼地方是用拉簾來分隔。

곰팡이냄새가나는호텔

대만이 습하다는 것은 알았지만 비싼 돈 내고 선택한 호텔인 만큼 제습기가 있었으면 싶었다 객실내 습한냄새가 너무 났고 이불도 축축했다 나방벌레도 많았다 직원에대해선 만족하나 시설이 너무나 별로였다

リーズナブルで安心なホテル

台北車駅が最寄りなので、行動しやすかった。少し歩くが、三越前の出口M8から入って地下道を歩けば、そんなに問題はない。 フロントがオシャレで、スタッフの方も優しく、すごく安心した。部屋は狭くもなく広くもない感じで、シャワーをして寝るだけだったので全く問題なく、満足。値段もリーズナブルで、とてもよかった。
