The property grounds are nice, spacious and well kept. The beach beautiful. We had a standard room, very noisy and with the view to the parking lot, tried to change rooms but the receptionist didn't do nothing about it. Tried the next day, same answer. These girls at the reception are useless, they do not helped in any way. Tried to get a late checkout, same thing. No help at all. Too bad that such a nice hotel have these type of people working there, it makes you think twice in going back.

Foi uma estadia tranquila. Quando chegamos o ar condicionado estava barulhento, mas logo providenciaram o conserto. Cama grande e confortável. Travesseiros bons. Não é um resort!
Não é um resort, mas sim um hotel simples. Instalações pouco confortáveis pelo valor cobrado. Café da manhã na média, mas um pouco caótico, são poucos funcionários para atendimento. Academia e salão de jogos estão em estado de abandono. Preços do restaurastes são EXTORSIVOS, são semelhantes aos melhores restaurantes da região (ex: Bora Bora e Beijupirá), mas com qualidade bem inferior. De positivo a piscina, que é excelente e a estrutura de atendimento em frente à praia. Aliás, a praia em frente é belíssima e ótima para banhos.
